Dream Factory Balloon Terms and Conditions:

Orders must be submitted and paid at least 2 days in advance of delivery.

Standard deliveries times are Monday through Saturday 7:00 am to 6:00pm and Sundays 8:00 am to 12:00pm. Actual delivery time depend on the day you order and the recipient’s location.

For inside decor ONLY (especially events early in the morning) we HIGHLY recommend that you order your delivery 1 day ahead of your event.

We will try to accommodate next day or same day deliveries.

Every effort is made to ensure the balloons are of satisfactory quality, however, we do not guarantee outside balloon decoration. The durability will change based on the weather.

We will come back to retrieve large frames like number and arches only. Small pipes are disposable and are to be discarded by the Customer.
